Discovery Tests™

Because cafeteria plans, medical plans (including Medical FSAs), Dependent Care FSAs and other benefit programs enjoy favorable tax treatment, the IRS created non-discrimination rules designed to prevent plans from discriminating in favor of individuals who are either highly compensated or otherwise key to the business.

By accessing Discovery Tests™ through LEAP®, you can run frequent, comprehensive non-discrimination tests to monitor the compliance of your plans. Discovery Tests™ is an easy-to-use application for non-discrimination testing for your Cafeteria Plans, including your Medical and Dependent Care FSAs, Health Reimbursement Arrangements and self-insured medical plans.
