Discovery Connections is our suite of integration tools that focus on interoperability – ensuring our systems are integrated in ways that allow for the sharing of data through file feeds, web services and single sign-on connections. ELECTRONIC DATA EXCHANGE — BENEFITS

Our integrations with leading HRIS and payroll providers allow us to automatically update employee records related to open enrollment, mid-year changes, payroll deductions and contributions. Electronic data exchange is also available with all major health plans, giving us the ability to offer claim integrations for payment or auto-substantiation purposes.

ELECTRONIC DATA EXCHANGE — COBRA

We’re also able to integrate with leading HRIS providers to generate COBRA paperwork based on updates to employee records. Our COBRA integrations allow us to exchange eligibility and enrollment changes with all major health plans/carriers in the nation.
