One platform for delivery of HRA, FSA and HSA administration: Our technology simplifies HRA administration by providing several different plan design options to fit most employer’s needs. We also coordinate the HRA with FSAs and HSAs through a single platform and offer retiree HRAs and limited HRAs.

We Simplify Administration and Compliance: Discovery Benefits provides updated HRA plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions as needed when there’s a benefit design or regulation change. A completed 5500 form is provided for employers. FSA and HRA benefits are designed to coordinate with one another, allowing for automated claim adjudication between the two accounts based on the employer’s plan design.

We Educate and Inform Employers and Participants: Discovery Benefits is available to conduct group meetings. We offer an employer and employee web portal for accessing account information and reporting. Plus, employee and employer resource guides are provided to explain how the flex plan works.
