Employees can do everything online. They can see their plan profile, card information, claim status/history, add dependents, see account balances, submit claims, monitor deposits and payment histories and access administrative forms all online. Employees can email Participant Services from the website. Online enrollment is available 24/7 during open enrollment periods.

Employers can access reports online, print forms, read plan information and email service requests to us on our website.
