What are the deadlines to order, change or cancel my order?

The deadline for ordering, changing information or canceling your order is the 10th of the month prior to usage. [For example, an order placed by August 10th will be for your September pass]. New York City transit authorities place a deadline of the 4th of each month for ordering passes.

Passes typically are mailed by the 23rd of the month to the address provided on the order, so they may be received before the first of the following month when the pass is effective. The online enrollment system is available 24/7.

You can set up your purchases as a one-time event or as a recurring event. If you elect a recurring event, your order carries over every month automatically until you change it, cancel it or become ineligible.
