How do I access the online ordering system WiredCommute and order transit and parking passes?

You can purchase transit and parking passes by going to the Login page at www.DiscoveryBenefits.com. Select Participant Login-WiredCommute to access your account. If it is your first time logging in, your username will be the first initial of your first name, your full last name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, the symbol @ and your five digit company code that your employer will provide to you. For example, jdoe1010@XXXXX. Your password will be "DBI" plus your five digit company code. For example, DBIXXXXX. You will be prompted to personalize your password on your first login.

Once you are logged in, begin by selecting your greater metropolitan area. Then select your specific transit authority or parking garage. You'll find many commuter products, including fare passes, transit vouchers, direct pay parking and parking reimbursement. Once a month your employer will receive a report from WiredCommute showing the amount to deduct from your paycheck to pay for the transit and/or parking pass. If your selection
costs more than the monthly maximum allowed by the IRS, your employer will deduct the difference in cost on a post-tax basis.
