What if I lose my job or become ineligible?
If you lose your job, your plan participation stops, and you can no longer participate. If you have money in your account at the time, the amount not applied for, or paid, is forfeited. Also, any unclaimed payments (uncashed checks) by the close of the plan year, after the expense was paid or occurred, are forfeited to your employer.
