Account Balance Inquiry

To obtain the balance in your Medical Spending Account or Dependent Care Account, please use our automated system.

• Call Participant Services at 1-866-451-3399. Choose Option 1 and then Option 1 again.

• Choose Option 1 a third time to access the automated system for balance inquiries.

• Follow the prompts to select your Medical Spending Account or Dependent Care Account for the current or previous plan year balance information.

• When prompted, enter the primary account holder’s Social Security Number followed by his or her birth date and the # key.

  (EXAMPLE: If your Social Security Number is 123-45-6789 and your birth date is January 1, 1980, you would enter 123456789010180#)

• Finally, when prompted, press 1 to verify that the information you have entered is correct.
